The keyboard does work in the BIOS
- Continuously press F8 when Windows is booting up until you get the Advanced Boot Options menu, then select “Disable Driver Signature Enforcement”.
- After Welcome Screen Loaded, you will able to use Mouse and keyboard without any problems.
- Click Start button & type cmd in the box
- Right click on cmd and then click "Run as Administartor"
- This Should open command prompt with admin right
- Now type following command to enable Administrator account

- Now logout and you will see the Administrator Account on the logon screen
- Click on Administrator account and login
- Then click start Button then you will see search box. Click search box , type run into the search box and press Enter Button from keyboard or Click Run text (easiest way to do so is Windows + R)

- the Local Group Policy Editor will be launched
- Expand "Administrative Templates" (it's under "User Configuration").
- Expand "System".
- Click "Driver Installation".
- In the right panel, double click on "Code Signing for Device Drivers".
- Choose "Enabled" in the window that appears.
- In the options area, choose "Ignore".
